We had our extension made in Cape Coral (SW FL) and loved it (sold the boat and have power cat on order). It makes the cockpit much more confortable and useable in the Florida sun. I can email photos if you are interested.

Bench Seat
Bob, the seat is made of Starboard (at least ours is) and is available at most good marine supply stores. If you are handy with a router you should be able to fabricate a new one. If not a cabinet maker could do it. The folks at PDQ could also help.
