Re: Replacement solar panels

Hi Ron, I have a 36 but I believe PDQ used the same panels on the 34. I used a flex panel from SunPower. They make both a 100 and 110 watt versions so you can get an increase in power as a benefit. Re: Cockpit drain cover

Hi Mike,

I replaced mine with a part from Oatey, number 43565. This part was the right diameter but 3 inches deep so I had to run it through a band saw to get the correct depth. Hope this helps.

Re: Cockpit locker dimensions?

My opening is 20" long by 13" wide although if you can tilt whatever you put in there you can gain about 1/2" width due to the curved front of the lid. Inside it is 20" wide x almost 21" deep.

OK, these dimensions are for the locker where my water heater is. I'll measure the cockpit locker and let you know.

PDQ 36 New Owners Looking For Delivery Captain

We're excited to say that we're now qualified to be members of the PDQ Owner's groups. We have a lot to learn to be able to say we're qualified to captain our boat by ourselves but these owner comm tools have been, and hopefully will continue to be, key to helping us get there. Many thanks to all fo...

Permission to Come Aboard

Hi PDQ Owners, I have been researching cruising catamarans and have a keen interest in learning more about the PDQ models. Specifically I'm interested learning more about the models with the twin outboards and any enhancements you might have made to make single handing possible. I was hoping to find...
