The problem with the lower starboard corner is with the door frame. The joint where the vertical frame meets the horizontal track / threshold has to be caulked. Look at the attached photo, (hopefully it went thru), then see if your is. There should be caulk around the joint and extend up 1 1/2 inche...

The first thing to do is figure out where the door is leaking.
