Re: Need info on Bahamas trip please
OK, thanks. We will definitely talk soon. Maybe it would be cool to get a group together just to talk Bahamas...I could bring in one of the musicians we work with and have some music, make it into a party!

Need info on Bahamas trip please
So, it looks like Gina and I will finally be able to get enough free time to make a real Bahamas run sometime over the next year or so. A few questions for the PDQ family: 1. When is the best time to go, considering that we prefer warmer weather and less winter winds, seems like a lot of folks go De...

Fuel Tank upgrade
I have an early 36 with the 35 gallon rectangular tank. I know many were built that way. There is room under the cockpit deck to replace it and install a larger tank, I have heard that some have done it or came from the factory like that, something closer to 50-55 gallons I heard? Has anyone done th...

Re: Allie May in Cocoa - URGENT
That is great news! Again the boating community leads the way in helping one another, now if we could get the general public to adopt the same behavior

Allie May in Cocoa - URGENT
URGENT! Does anyone know who owns PDQ s/v Allie May? I just received this email: Hi, I am trying to locate the owners of the Sailing Cat "Allie-May". They are located in Cocoa Florida. The Allie-May is foundering against the Oleander Pointe harbor docks. I just want to get a message to the...

Needed - PDQ36 photo for SAIL Magazine
Looks like SAIL Magazine is writing a piece on the PDQ36. They have contacted me on our www.pdq36.com website for some photos for the piece. If you have a favorite photo of your PDQ36 you would like them to consider, please send it to me at sdensler@serenebaymarine.com and I will get it to them. Ple...

Everyone with outboards on their PDQ will appreciate more info on this fix! Can you post photos of the mod and where it was made and also the year of your engines?
Thanks,

Re: Windlass and Anchor Chain
Thank you...that was one of the ones I was looking at. So you have 4AWG running from the panel to the windlass? Deck switch, helm switch, or both? And finally, since this has the freefall option, can it be locked so that you can control the down direction? In other words, do you have a bidirectional...

Windlass and Anchor Chain
OK, I am finally going to break down and add a windlass to Lady of the Lake, tired of pulling chain by hand :-) So...what windlass do you all use and what do you recommend? What size anchor chain do you prefer for a PDQ36? And finally, any recommendations on installation? Like do you have a dedicate...

Mike,
Did something happen to ZTC? I just got a weird email about the boat being holed in St. Martin or something like that?
