hi sandy, based on our experience the answer to prop size will depend on how much you load the boat. according to chris, the 16x14 is the std prop pdq uses on 75 hp boats. we had 16x14 since we bought the boat but after doing 2 roundtrips to fl and bahamas it became obvious we were overloading the e...

hi, ours failed soon after we bought the boat...used, but it only had about 2 years of actual use. tank corroded out. replaced in with an all satinless isotemp based on passagemaker tech editor's reco. 6 gallon basic fits in same space with room to spare. so far we're very pleased. they're aren't ch...

hi all, just wanted to let you know that we've replaced our 100A combiner with the 250A version. in a little over a year we've had 2 of the 100A version fail in the boat and one was bad from the factory. the problem seems to be that the solenoids on the 100A model aren't up to the task. i believe th...

hi, did you do the alignment both ways? i've made a practice of doing correction for both toe-in and out. we just checked alignment out of water lastweek and procedure worked. rudders came out dead on. btw, we do it every 2 weeks when were travelling a lot. i think it gets out of alignment more than...

hi all,
does anyone know if it is possible to have most recent reply appear first rather than at the bottom? if so, what is the trick?

hi, we have a 34 and just went on a 32 this summer. main difference appears to be approx 1' extension in bow and approx 1' in stern. also things like transmission might be different, flybridge is different, but so are many early 34's. don't know if pdq monitors this, but i'm sure they could tell you...
