Sounds very strong but where does the chainplate go in this assembly? The rotted part is where the chainplate bolts go through the bulkhead.

I definitely plan on using the existing chain plate, assuming is it not damaged (which it doesn't appear to be). I do not believe the problem is with the chain plate, but instead, that the bulkhead is not able to handle the stress (especially when weakened by the water intrusion). So my plan is to r...

I am having the same problem. Mine is only about 1/2 inch out but there is obvious water damage to the bulkhead. I have resealed the deck so there is no more water intrusion, but the damage is done. I plan to cut out the bad section of bulkhead and glass in a new section. Doesn't sound like fun but ...

Paul Phaneuf at Allstate Floridian in St. Pete, FL at 813-353-0303. Exceptional service, fully covered the total loss of our Endeavour 37 after Frances and wrote us a very fair policy on our PDQ36.

Hi guys. Gina and I were looking for something fun to do around Christmas but we may only have 3 days or so. Would you consider a short charter if she is not going to be chartered otherwise? Could we effectively do something like that since we are only flying from central florida? Any advice on a qu...

PDQ Logo Shirts and Hats

I have been trying to get a PDQ logo in the proper format so that we don't have to pay a setup fee to an embroiderer for shirts and hats. The PDQ folks (thanks Salwa!) were kind enough to get a copy of the logo file from their vendor and send it to me. I am planning to get this to a local guy here i...

The PDQ folks were kind enough to get a copy of the logo file from their vendor and send it to me. I am planning to get this to a local guy here in Melbourne that can make us shirts and hats. If you are interested, send me an email to sdensler@mac.com and I will get a list together and see what folk...

It was nice to have Roger and Bonnie with Kokomo, Rich tanner with Feral Cat, and Don Wilson of Next Exit in the same harbor as Lady o...

PDQ Logo Stuff - shirts, hats, etc.

Looks like I am not having any luck locating any PDQ stuff. I would like to have shirts, hats, contact (business) cards, etc. Maybe even a PDQ logo and then my boat name underneath. I have a guy here in Melbourne that would do these for us for a reasonable price but the setup fee is the tough part. ...

Mainsail Measurements

I am thinking about replacing the mainsail on my 36, hull #15. Can anyone provide the P and E measurements for a 1991 PDQ classic? Dick Robertson from Doyle Sails is offering significant discounts on new sails. This discount started as a group discount theough the Endeavour Owners Group. Dick owns a...

Ed, I would love to see the pics as well. If you want to send them off list, my email is:

sdensler@mac.com

Please include pictures of the davits and solar mount since I will have to modify the solar arrangement to fit the seat.

Thanks!

I always wanted to add a rear bench or hammock to my 36. If you take any pictures or have any additional information that you can send to me, I would love to see if I can fabricate one for myself.

Thanks,
Sam
