Additives
I have used bio-bor successfully, however stay away from the new Starbright diesel additive. I have had nothing but trouble with my fuel system since I started using it. It seems to have loosened everything in my fuel tank and to have deteriorated my fuel lines. I've been changing filters for a year...

Element Size
Ben, I use 2 micron on our 36. I want to stop everything at the Racor, since they are easier to service than the elements on the engines. I have had varying opinion from others, but I feel that the earlier you stop the dirt, the less chance it will reach the injectors, where it will cause a critical...

Racors
Ben,
Racor filters should not even be considered an option, but a necessity. Diesels need clean fuel and diesel tanks get full of dirt and water in humid climates. The $3000 is cheap compared to even one fuel sytem failure. BUY THE FILTERS !!!

A/C on Lift
We use a carry-on (hatch) unit on the lift. It does not work well during oppresive heat of the day, but at least you can sleep at night. (It will also operate on a Honda 2000i generator, all night, at anchor.) Also, the yard operator will probably object to flushing large amounts of water overboard ...

BRIDLE
Sam,
I measured mine and it is 26"vertical to the cross beam (not the direct measured angle). I have solid rod rigging on the bridle. Hope this helps.

PDQ and Production
PDQ has done an outstanding job in support of owners of 36 and 32 sailing cats. As a PDQ 36 owner, I have had nothing but a positive experience with PDQ. And by the way, this forum is for people who own or have an interest in owning a PDQ. Have a general gripe-write to Cruising World! Just my 2-cent...
