Hi Tom, I had the same problem, and I fixed it , but I'm not really sure how I did it. I fooled around with the linkage adjustment turnbukle screw, but I think what really did it was spraying WD-40 on the carburator linkage arm and working it back and forth. I know it doesn't sound very hi-tech, but...
