I recently replaced it with a length of 3/8 line that I had handy. It was 70 long when I started and I had approx. 20 feet left over. Approximately!

I haven't been on the forum in a bit but wanted to add that since changing to our new, slightly smaller diameter Dyneema halyard, the main sail drops MUCH more easily!

I can tell you honestly that with the exception of changing the bolts out for some shorter ones, I will be giving that zinc project absolutely no more of my time. Way too much invested thus far.
