Depth gauge

Hi all, Looking for a Raytheon ST60 Autohelm series depth gauge. The face on mine has blackened to the point where its barely readable. If you've installed new gauges and are interested in selling the old, gimme the holler. Just need the depth gauge for my 36. Thanks, Jim

Re: Electric Head

Nice report Rob, sounds like it was a bear to install. Also not able to see the pics, would love to see them, maybe use another format.

Re: Electric Head

Rob, I've been putting off the electric conversion mainly because I just replaced the compact bowl two years ago to the regular size and honestly have no qualms with the manual pump. I know I'm gonna lose this battle though and am procrastinating like crazy. Having the bowl facing aft seems like a s...

Thx Jim,
I've not read or heard of good reviews on the Jabsco conversion, currently looking at the Raritan Sea Era.

Electric Head

Hi all, Would appreciate some ideas from those of you who have electric heads. Is there one that fits well and doesn't take up to much room in front of the sink? Should they be mounted diagonally? We have a full-size Jabsco now which works fine for me but is a royal pain in the arse for my wife (doe...

Bahama's Bound

I know we're still in the hurricane season but was wondering who of you might be headed to the Bahama's this Winter/Spring and where? Thinking of heading down to the Exumas in January and would love to meet up with some of you PDQ owners have a beer and tell some lies.

Re: Suzuki 9.9 high thrust

Try Andy Munao Jr. at Shipyard Island marina (920-847-2533) in Wisconsin, he may be able to match the price on those Suzuki's with Yamaha 9.9's. Yamaha products and parts way more prevalent in the islands I dealt with him a few years back, definitely a positive experience. Jim

Re: Diesel Leaking from Fuel Vent

I also developed a pin hole leak on the bottom edge of the tank. I smelled gasoline while under the catamaran last year and checking the drain underneath verified that gas was leaking from somewhere on the tank. The floor covering the tank comes up readily as Jeff pointed out and once that is up the...

Re: Solar only arch

Arch looks good Tom, I would mount all four of them as well. If weight is a factor then you could always add hull extensions later. I know you've got quite a tribe that sails with you, how about adding some extra seating. Fabric hammock style seating comes to mind.

I just replaced mine a few months back with the Chrome version which was exactly like the original white. They told me the white had been <br />discontinued. Jim (Yacht Supply Depot $169)
