During a recent trip to Key Largo the mainsheet attachment at the back of the boom broke. Had to tie the block to the boom with rope to finish the trip, worked great.
It looks like a stainless u-bolt attached to a plate that is rivoted inside the boom.
Anyone have a source for the original fitting? Offshore spars website didn't show anything similar.

Mike got back with me today; not only did he have the part number but the history of that part as well as a price. It shipped today.
