Tips for survey on a 1999 PDQ LRC

I'm new to the forum, and not quite a PDQ owner yet. I have an agreement to purchase a 1999 PDQ 32 LRC pending a satisfactory sea trial and survey.

I will mostly be trusting the surveyor to uncover any current or looming issues, but I wondered if anyone on this forum might have any suggestions of things I should look for, or tell the surveyor to pay close attention to?

Thanks,

Mike

Have you checked out the other PDQ 32 LRC in Daytona Beach? Our boat has only 1,000 hours on one engine and 2,700 hours on the other. Just had a bottom paint job completed, fluids and belts replaced, and the sole was refinished. It's in great sale-away condition and is great for living off the grid since it's equipped with solar and wind generators. If you want to travel here to check her out you are welcome to spend a couple nights on her. Guarantee you will be sold. Willing to bargain on the price. We are selling only because we want to get a larger boat. Check us out on Sailboat listings.com.
