Fuel Tank Replacement

Does anyone know where I can obtain a replacement fuel tank to fit under the
cockpit sole of the 36? Current tank is 5" deep and constructed of aluminum. The
bottom of the tank is pitted and a gentle push with a pencil went right through.

I found a fabricator in Punta Gorda to build a 55 Gal (US) tank using .125" alum
(old tank .090")to my specs for $675.00. Will let you know how the install goes.

$1100 U.S. for 50 gals seems steep. Why don't you call PDQ?

If PDQ doesn't make one that will fit your boat you will have to resort to
having one built. We have hull #34002, I see yours is an older one also. I just
priced having two 50 gal diesel tanks built for another boat. The fabricator
gave me a price of $1100 each. This is a custom build job. Check the web there
are places everywhere that build custom tanks. Check your local builders first

Get your dimensions and get different prices. Probably will be info at the
boatshow from some fab companies.
