Lower Helm Steering Wheel Shaft Size?

Interested in purchasing and installing a new steering wheel at my lower helm station and wonder what size the shaft is. I am looking for a new wheel with a bit of "Character". Anyone know of a good web site for boat wheels? Thanks Sandy Kramer MISHIGAS MV3468
