Which Sailing Magazines Do You Subscribe To?

Post by thinwater »

Any? Years ago (25?) I subscribed to Multihulls, but it changed from a publication with substantial interest in DIY, owner modifications, and home built projects into a purely sales-driven magazine about what was shiny and new. I lost interest. Most sailing magazines have gone that way, opening a door for magazines like Practical Sailor and Good Old Boat. Certainly the internet put a dent in the whole publishing industry.

I recently proposed an article that I thought would have broad appeal (keels), but was told they thought it was a multihull topic. To me, it was a keel topic.
