Can Forum messages be forwarded?

Can Forum messages be forwarded automatically to the registered E-mail address? I'm a total novice at this. But, I know every message posted on the Nonsuch forum is automatically forwarded by E-mail. If this service is available here, how do I turn it on?

You are set up such that any subject you are watching will forward a message to you when a new posting is made to that subject. This happens to any subject you post to, once you post, you become a watcher of that subject. I do not know of a way to forward every new posting to you but I will do some research.
