DC-electrical problem

I am looking for a manual for my DC " Bank Manager II "
made by APC. I am not able to locate this company or get help from PDQ. My hull
# is 36031 (1993). Any body out there, who has the same instrument and can help?

The APC company can be found at
http://www.apcc.com/ I think they are the same people who make UPS's for
computers. Might be worth a try
