How do you guys like the new layout of the www.pdq36.com website? I decided it was time to update the site. I am interested in what you guys think.

Sam,

Love the new layout, however since we have a shared computer room it would be nice if "Songwriters Island" were silent when the website comes up, with the option to turn it on when I want to hear it.

I like the clean layout of the site. Yes, I second Sam's recommendation.

For your links, Phenix has a website too. I am 32007 - http://www.PhenixSailing.com

Love the new layout and how the water meets the sky, could you have a little PDQ catamaran start sailing across the waterline as the page opens....kidding. Music not a big deal, not on the cover page that long anyway. I did notice if you click the off button the music comes right back on after a short delay. How about a little Jazz to go along with all that country.

Regarding the music player, I do not have the source code to change the startup to be off...the flash player provider does not give us that option. The only option we have is to turn it off when you first hit the main page. And the off button is the square icon, not the bars (that is pause and does come back on after a few seconds). I will continue to search for better players. If anyone knows of a good one, I would be interested, this is the best we could find.

Thanks Sam, that square button works just fine and solves the problem. I love the music, but sometimes my better half doesn't. I really like the clean new layout. See ya' around sometime.

We really should do that. Getting ready to go to Merida, Mexico for a couple of weeks. I'll take a look at our mid-Sept. Schedule and see if we can get out there sometime then.

very nice. One suggestion-- it would help if you could include the month and year when a vessel is sold. If a 5 year old vessel sold for "$X" 10 years ago, for example, that would represent a different bargain than the same vessel being for sale today.
Thanks for all your work.

Very nice! If you have time, you can add PDQ36 Hull 49, www.epstein.bz to the owners.

All the best,
