Hello to everyone,
My wife and I just became the new owners of a 34’ PDQ PowerCat! It's a beautiful day here in Bellingham, WA (our home port). Pictured with me (in red hat) is our yacht broker. The boat is currently part of the power boat charter fleet for San Juan Yachting <http://bit.ly/1Sa4sIo> and we plan to continue operating it that way.
The boat’s previous name was “Le Chateau”. We are renaming it to “All Heart”. We've been working our butts off for 3 weeks arranging the deal, doing a marine survey, handling issues from the survey, doing an overnight shake-down cruise and cleaning it up for charter. The boat looks great and is now off on its first charter under our ownership.
I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you!

As owners of a 2003 PDQ 34 we inquires long ago about chartering our boat. We were advised that because this was not built in the USA, it could not be chartered. Do you have different information?

That sounds like nonsense to me. I wouldn't pay any attention to it.
