Northern Lights Genset Brushes

UPDATE....
We made it back to St Augustine and were able to have our local NL dealer send one of their technicians to do an assessment. It turned out to be the brushes. It does seem odd that with only 1100 total hours we would have to replace the brushes again as it has only been 3 years and less than 300 hours since they were last replaced. Initially I thought that maybe the deteriorating sound insulation may have compromised the brushes. I did fully remove the insulation and all of the dust. I asked the technician about that theory but he didn't think that it would have been a contributing factor.
