FWD Berth Conversion - 2 Queens into 1 king with port/stbd access?

Has anyone looked into the possibility to converting the 2 fwd berths into a single king berth since they share a common bulkhead? Not great for guests of course, but sounds great for a cruising couple. Maybe would even allow for some room for shelves on the port and stbd bulkheads? Not sure if there are structural limitations, but seems interesting. Thanks, Dave Smith
