splash guards and vinyl padding protector on outside stairwells

I guess I will start with the splash rails down at the waterline at the bow of the boat. I don't know the correct name or where to find these as mine need to be replaced as well as the rubber guards along side the outside stairs. If anyone can help steer me in the right direction to get these items fixed would be great.

not sure it's definitive answer, but if you search the forum, i've seen a couple of threads on it(splash guards).
