noisy floor hatches
Does anybody have a solution to noisy floor hatches? small cotton looking pads are in place, but they all squeek when we walk over them, or move in bed. Can't sneek up on anybody, especially at 3 AM.

We used Velcro strips (one side glued to deck and the other glued to the underside of the hatch cover - - at the corners and in the middle.

I had lots of squeeks when I picked up the boat in Whitby. They crew brought lots of velcro to the boat and started to do their thing. I must have 15 lbs of Velcro under the floorboards, but o squeeks!
