New Haulout location in Annapolis area

Gingerville Marina, on the South River just before the Route 2 Bridge has a new travelift that can handle a 19'9" beam, and they are slightly less expensive that HHN, at $1440 for haul out and launch, pressure wash, chock and store October thru March for a 36' boat. Its a small yard and they allow owner maintenance and outside contractors, Early birds get to sit on a level concrete pad. Its surrounded by trees and somewhat protected. I'm going in there this winter.
