New standing rig specs

I am installing new standing rigging, does anyone have specifications for rig tension and pre bend.
The mast is on saw horses, when I attach the diamond stays how much prebend?
MIDORI is a tall rig, deck to mast head 42' 2"
Goose neck to mast head is 39' 8" should I use the B&R rig of 1% of the span 476 " = 4 3/4 pre bend?
Help is appreciated.
