Windows-AltAir 32, Acrylic Window
There are 3 panels per side and 3 panels across the front.
Can anyone tell me the exact quantity and size / type of screws that are securing
the port and starboard Acrylic windows and the front facing Acrylic windows.
I,e, are they countersunk #8-24 machine screws and nuts and how long?
Any comment on the type of produce and procedure that should be used to release the bond
of the original bedding compound.
Has anyone made paper patterns of these panels?
Unfortunately my home is not near my boat so I
can’t go out back and count the number of fasteners.

There are 12 screws on the two outer sections and 10 screws on the center pane. I have not removed any screws so I can't give you exact specs. They are set in small nylon seats. There are screws inside holding the interior liner. I don't know if there are nuts hidden behind the panel.

The side windows have 15 screws on the forward panel, 12 on the middle panel, and 13 on the aft panel.

My boat is on Lake Simcoe so you can come and have a look if you wish however we are out sailing till mid next week.

Mine were 1" x #10 self tap, flat head with washers. But why wouldn't you just reuse them?

If you are removing them to install snaps for covers, snaps are only available in #8, to my knowledge. Bummer. Thus, if I were replacing the plastic I would relocate the holes and go to #8 (the glue holds the window).
