What is the black water waste tank made of... aluminum, fiberglass, etc.?

I believe it is an integral part of the starboard bow, aft of the collision bulkhead; not a separate tank at all. Perhaps someone else can give a definitive answer.

Yes Duane is correct, fiberglass and integral.
