looking for PDQ advice/info

Hello all,
Been lurking for a while
I've decided to buy a PDQ. The plan is to be a live aboard cruiser, mostly on the hook. I plan on hanging around the east coast for a year if necessary to get the boat (and myself) sorted. I haven't decided on a 32 or 36, or LRC vs outboards. Been researching for months, so I "think" I've uncovered most of the basics but would be very thankful for any (and all) input from those who know more than me on pro's/con's of each.
Also, the few that are currently for sale are quite far from me (NC). I would love to see a few in person if anyone has one within a few hundred miles.
