Does anyone have a recommendation on a swim ladder replacement?

I lubed mine up real good, but the pole just doesn't slide in and out the way it used to. ( Ha !)

There are bunches of ladders available, but I'm not seeing one with wide/deep steps.

good thing you're thin....getting back there to get at nuts will be a bear
